In this role, you will:

• Oversee security operations for larger facilities that require enhanced personnel support
• Be accountable to the Contract Manager for all security operations related to the contract
• Ensure post accountability and coverage
• Respond promptly to emergencies
• Act as a liaison to clients at each facility
• Maintain a highly alert and professional team
• Conduct regular inspections and reviews of post activity logs and incident reports
• Fulfill supervisory responsibilities as needed based on the contract

Qualifications:

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and implement instructions effectively
• Must be proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to comprehend and execute both oral and written directives and compose clear, accurate reports
• Capability to monitor environmental and electronic security systems

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid Social Security Number
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Successful completion of a drug screening examination

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Valid driver's license from California
• Certification in First Aid and CPR
• BSIS Guard Card License

Physical & Mental Requirements:

You must be capable of performing security work that requires moderate to high levels of physical exertion, including prolonged walking, sitting, standing, and running. Additionally, you should:

• Maintain good overall health to perform duties effectively
• Possess good visual acuity and depth perception
• Have hearing loss that does not exceed 30 decibels in both ears
