Additionally, this role will perform any other tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager.Responsibilities:Maintain and troubleshoot machine control systems to ensure optimum performanceDevelop and implement PLC programs for new and existing machinesWork with production team to identify and resolve machine issuesInterface with TCP/IP networks to ensure seamless communication between machinesDevelop and implement RFID tracking devices to improve machine diagnostics and trackingDevelop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and increase machine longevityQualifications:Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline AND/OR 3+ years of hands on experience with automation, PLCs, or overall controls systems.3+ years of experience in maintaining machine control systems and PLC programmingStrong background in troubleshooting automated systemsExperience working with TCP/IP networks and RFID tracking devicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectivelyIf you are a motivated and experienced Controls Engineer looking to join a dynamic and growing manufacturing company, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Interested in hearing more?
