Location: Audubon, PA | Onsite for first 3–6 months of training, then hybrid (1–2 days remote)

Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: Up to $70,000 base + $3,000 annual bonus

Schedule: Standard business hours (flexible)

Overview

We are seeking Contract Administrators to join a growing healthcare company's collaborative Contracts team. You'll gain exposure to domestic and international contracts, work cross-functionally, and play a vital role in supporting sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle: drafting, redlining, negotiating, routing for approval, execution, and post-signature tracking.
  • Prepare and submit RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and other proposals for assigned accounts.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external customers during contract development, negotiation, and execution.
  • Partner with Pricing Administration to confirm terms align with approved pricing.
  • Enter contract details into the management database, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor key contract milestones (renewals, expirations, amendments) and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with executives and sales leadership to ensure alignment with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Support amendments, extensions, and compliance-related updates as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of contract administration, paralegal, or related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration principles; experience with healthcare/medical devices a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills; comfortable working with templates and redlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to interface with executives and clients.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing a high contract volume (~50 per week).
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
