Adecco Creative and Marketing partnered with a medical solutions company to hire a Contract Administrator.

Contract Administrator (Hybrid – In Office T, W, TH & Remote M, F)

Job Type: Hybrid (In office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; Remote: Monday & Friday)

Interview Process: Teams Video Interview

Pay rate: $30-$40/hr

About the role:

In this position, you will be a member of the Corporate Accounts and Healthcare Solutions Team which supports BSCs Field Sales Force and internal operations. This position interfaces and supports the sales and operations team with responsibilities for managing and supporting the lifecycle of a contract. This role requires a high level of business acumen, customer service focus, multi-tasking skills, contract management and comprehensive organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation and maintenance of customer contracts in Contract Management systems. This includes, but is not limited to, initial creation, modifying, and monitoring compliance of Corporate Account contracts.

• Support internal reporting requirements as it pertains to contract performance, customer and sales facing reports, and ad-hoc reporting as needed.

• Perform additional activities as required, including but not limited to, contract analysis, price catalog requests and contract audits

• Proactively seeks out process improvements while performing day-to-day activities

• Support the Pricing and Contracting Team through the loading of detailed contract pricing data.

• Utilize contract management system tools and adhere to defined corporate sales operation processes.

• In all actions, demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/marketing or related field

• Professional business experience

• A highly motivated, high impact individual with strong organizational, communication, and the ability to adapt as required to keep pace with the speed of business

• Highly detail oriented and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong individual management skills, including effectively managing multiple priorities

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications with intermediate Excel skills

• Medical device experience a plus

• Exposure to Model N or other Contracting/Revenue Management systems a plus

This is a W2 position.
