  • Develop strategies and initiatives for process improvements across the value stream.
  • Implement and manage Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Develop a pipeline of future improvement projects.
  • Mentor and coach CI project leaders through the certification process.
  • Ensure KPIs and performance metrics are captured and reported accurately.
  • Leverage best practices to drive value and consistency.
  • Act as a change agent, challenging the status quo.
  • Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence, or relevant experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in applying Lean tools.
  • Lean Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Experience in facilitating Kaizen events.
  • Proven ability to lead improvement initiatives using Lean and/or Six Sigma.
  • Strong skills in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships across the organization.
