Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and lean transformation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead performance improvement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement across our plant operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and execution of plant improvement plans to meet operational and financial targets.
• Drive deployment of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies across production areas.
• Train and coach plant teams on lean tools, standardized work, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Support new program launches with lean process design, equipment validation, and layout optimization.
• Act as a change agent, promoting a mindset of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Report to the Plant Manager and work closely with senior improvement specialists to align with best practices.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in engineering, supervision, or management roles.
• Proven track record of improving process KPIs using lean methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
