Continuous Improvement Manager - Judge Direct Placement : Job Details

The Judge Group is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager for a manufacturer in the Clarksville, Arkansas area. The client is willing to assist with relocation for the right candidate. This position will require strong Continuous Improvement experience in manufacturing!

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead, Manage, and Execute all continuous improvement activities across the facility
• Lead projects from start to finish and coach other management & supervisors on all things lean, six sigma, and process improvement tools
• Support the local management team in building a daily continuous improvement culture
• Manage a small team of CI Specialists & Process Engineers
• Identify areas of opportunity and develop specific plans for improvement projects
• Work with site leadership to develop multi-year continuous improvement plans and partner with them to track progress
• Manage the continuous improvement pipeline with the site management teams, including the selection, tracking, and running of projects
• Strong understanding of TPM and how the pillars influence daily work
• Work with all levels of the organization to influence change, teaching, coaching, and mentoring project leaders

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors' Degree in Engineering or Related
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
• 8+ Years of Manufacturing experience
• 5+ years of continuous improvement leadership
• Heavy project management experience
