We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Leader with proven experience in leading lean transformations. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize processes, and foster a culture of efficiency and innovation. You will identify areas for improvement, implement lean methodologies, and lead sustainable change to enhance operational effectiveness and support business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Lean Transformation Initiatives:
    • Drive end-to-end lean projects, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop lean strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement lean techniques to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and boost productivity.
    • Utilize tools such as value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and 5S.
  • Change Management:
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and act as a change agent.
    • Support stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and successful lean initiatives.
  • Training and Development:
    • Develop and deliver training on lean principles, tools, and techniques.
    • Empower employees to drive improvements across the organization.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of lean initiatives.
    • Monitor progress and report on performance metrics.
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.
    • Apply insights to refine processes and foster innovation.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
    • Over 10 years of experience leading lean transformations in manufacturing, supply chain, or service industries.
    • Deep understanding of lean principles, including value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S, and waste reduction.
    • Proven change management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities.
    • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
