The Continuous Improvement team is seeking a dynamic, current college student to fulfill our summer internship program in 2026. Interns in our area have completed past projects such as leading teams focused on scrap reduction in a manufacturing environment, mass balance work focused on milk solids and water studies, along with Lean trainings including 5S and value stream mapping. Interns in this role can expect to further their learning in areas of lean concepts, process improvement, and problem solving in addition to collaboration, customer focus, independent and team-centered work, project, and time management and more.
