Hubbell is on the search for a Continuous Improvement Engineer. The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for identifying and executing opportunities for improvement throughout the facility. This includes safety, process efficiency, quality, reducing 8 kinds of waste, training and optimizing labor utilization, and improving overall performance toward World Class Manufacturing. This individual will be an active coach on the production floor, helping all personnel understand and carry out Lean Manufacturing principles each day while fostering the right culture of participation and engagement.
