A Day In The Life Continuous Improvement Leadership: Analyze the current situation and identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement based on data and hard facts. Develop continuous improvement strategies by translating business objectives into actionable projects. Communicate and exemplify the companys continuous improvement philosophy, vision and expectations. Share lean and continuous improvement best practices throughout the organization. Act as a Lean/ Continuous Improvement business partner to all departments and levels (top leadership to shop floor), challenging processes, proposing deas and driving change. Act as a change agent around continuous improvement opportunity. Train teams in improvement processes to optimize floor layout and material flow using lean concepts.
