This is a full-time, on-site role for a Continuous Improvement Engineer located in Waupun, WI. The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and improving operational processes, implementing strategies for operational excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, and managing projects aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing waste. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to analyze data to drive decision-making
• Operational Excellence and experience with industry best practices
• Background in Industrial Engineering and process optimization
• Experience in Process Improvement and Lean methodologies
• Project Management skills including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or transportation industry is a plus
