About the Role:

We're seeking a forward-thinking, customer-obsessed Content Strategist / Campaign Manager to join the PACE Program team. This role is at the heart of our high-velocity, AI-powered content engine—responsible for orchestrating hyper-personalized, data-informed messaging across marketing and internal communication channels.

You'll lead the development and execution of content strategies that blend automation, behavioral science, and lifecycle marketing to deliver meaningful, emotionally resonant experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and psychology—and who's passionate about scaling content that connects with customers on a human level.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with customer lifecycle stages, leveraging behavioral insights and emotional motivators to drive engagement.

  • Collaborate with content owners, creative teams, and the PACE team to deliver personalized content across email, web, CRM platforms, paid media, and other communication channels.

  • Champion the use of AI-powered content creation tools and personalization engines (e.g., Velocity scripting in Marketo) to scale campaign delivery and improve relevance.

  • Lead campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking using tools such as the PACE Dashboards and Adobe DAM.

  • Partner with data scientists, analysts, and IT to align content with real-time customer signals, psychographic data, and lifecycle triggers.

  • Support internal training and change management communications that reinforce lifecycle marketing strategies and organizational readiness.

  • Ensure content consistency, compliance, and reusability through structured workflows, approval processes, and centralized asset management across multiple geographies.

  • Continuously test, optimize, and evolve content strategies based on customer feedback, behavioral data, and performance metrics.

What Makes This Role Unique:

  • Operates at the intersection of AI, automation, marketing strategy, and behavioral science, enabling rapid content iteration and real-time personalization.

  • Bridges external marketing and internal enablement, aligning customer engagement with organizational readiness and emotional intelligence.

  • Plays a pivotal role in scaling the PACE Program across North America, with future expansion into Canada and vendor-facing initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, skill, and/or ability required.

  • 4–6 years of experience in content strategy, campaign management, or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or lifecycle marketing environment.

  • Strong understanding of customer psychology, behavioral triggers, and emotional motivators in content design.

  • Experience with AI-driven content tools, personalization engines, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud).

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase campaigns across multiple channels and geographies.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Adobe DAM, and content governance frameworks.

  • Demonstrated success in using data and analytics to inform content decisions and optimize performance.

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, and a strong grasp of content performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling narratives.

  • Highly collaborative, with experience working in cross-functional, multicultural teams.

  • Agile mindset with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
