We're looking for an experienced Content Writer. This role is focused on crafting high-impact content for a single client's knowledge center, blog, and help resources. Responsibilities:
  • Research, conceptualize, and write engaging, accurate content tailored to various audiences across websites, blogs, help centers, and digital channels.
  • Develop content strategies aligned with client objectives, ensuring consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with different teams and clients to brainstorm ideas, understand requirements, and deliver content that meets project goals and deadlines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, SEO best practices, and consumer insights to optimize content for search engines and user engagement.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Utilize AI tools to boost productivity and craft content tailored for AI-driven search (AEO) and large language models (LLMs)
  • Analyze and report on various content performance metrics and use insights to refine content strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of content writing experience, with a portfolio focused on US market content
  • Previous agency experience: Big advantage
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong grasp of grammar, style, and tone
  • Proven knowledge of SEO and content optimization
  • Ability to effectively use AI tools to boost efficiency and creativity
  • Knowledge of AI-powered search (AEO) and best practices for writing content optimized for LLMs
  • Comfortable working with CMS platforms; basic HTML a plus
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Bonus: Familiarity with US Veteran-focused topics and government benefits is a strong advantage
