Contact Center Representative
Join the Team of Specialists at Sky Federal Credit Union in a fast-paced contact center for six branches. You will become an expert on transactions, services, products, and processes. This position is for the individual who thrives on knowledge and communicating it to our members.
- Must learn and understand all products/ services available at Sky and recommend appropriate products/services to our members.
- Motivated and able to multi-task, research for problem resolution and have a high comfort level in the use of computers.
- Assist with answering telephones.
- Ensure member satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional image.
- Must be detailed oriented, along with Teamwork and excellent communication and great customer service skills.
- Ensuring a high degree of confidentiality is always maintained.
- Satisfactorily complete all required training.
- Comply with and follow all Credit Union and Sky regulations and policies.
- Must perform other duties and responsibilities to assist where needed to help our members.
- Previous banking experience preferred, but not required. Will train.
