Contact Center Representative
Location: Rockville, MD (100% On-Site to Start)
Type: Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time
Pay Rate: $21$25/hour
Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Contact Center Representative for an established organization in the Rockville, MD area. Responsibilities:
- Respond to participant and vendor inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with empathy and professionalism
- Handle questions related to eligibility, claims, and general plan information
- Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, processing forms, and reviewing claim information
- Navigate internal resources and systems to provide clear, up-to-date information
- Participate in team projects and other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or data entry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skillsboth written and verbal
- Highly reliable and punctual; strong commitment to attendance is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel); must be able to type 40+ WPM
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a professional or corporate setting required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or union benefit environments
- Previous work with claims processing or third-party administration (TPA)
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
