Job Location : Middle River,MD, USA
The Contact Center Associate supports operations by providing first-level assistance via ticketing, email, and phone to both internal and external aerospace customers. This role involves managing, maintaining, and prioritizing help desk queues to effectively assign second-level issues to appropriate team members and departments, which may include technical or logistics requests. The associate is responsible for identifying, investigating, resolving, and following up on issues presented by customers regarding aviation matters. They must document, track, and monitor technical issues to ensure timely resolution and provide follow-up to ensure contractual timeframes are met.
ResponsibilitiesThe work schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, totaling 35 hours. Sunday hours are from 7:20 AM to 7:20 PM, while Monday to Wednesday hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The position requires working in the office from Monday to Wednesday, with Thursday to Saturday off.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
