Convert warm inbound and outbound leads into mortgage loan applications. Utilize our CRM tool to log all customer contacts and schedule follow-ups. Employ consultative selling techniques in a call center environment. Recommend optimal product/rate program combinations to prospects. Ensure compliance with applicable statutes and procedures. Meet required sales performance goals for pre-established volume and KPIs. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Self-motivated and detail-oriented. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Organized with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
