Consulting Technical Manager, EPM Cloud

EPM Consultants who join Oracle Consulting need to bring business domain and industry expertise to develop leading practice, enterprise applications. Our back office functional consultants possess the capabilities of functional, process, and system usage knowledge combined with the necessary consulting skills to be able to consult and coach our clients through transformation.
We are looking to hire an innovative EPM consultant who can consistently and creatively identify solutions to address the needs of our clients for cloud applications. ResponsibilitiesSpecifically, you will be responsible for deliverables at every phase of the software implementation lifecycle such as:
Our entire practice takes a “client first” approach to everything we do. You will design solutions for what the client needs-scaled to their business-nothing more, nothing less.
You will work as a trusted advisor for the client, delivering with quality, and predictability. You will strive to exceed the client's expectations and maintain a culture of accountability by continuously soliciting client feedback-and acting on it.
LeadershipYou will lead, coach, and mentor junior employees on the Oracle team to confirm all team members are proactively completing tasks at hand. You will participate in shaping our team, recruiting, people development, and programs to engage and develop our people.
You will help imagine the art of the possible, dreaming up what we aren't thinking about-new assets, better delivery approaches-and help our clients do the same.
Skills and Experience:Experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Consulting with 7+ years of experience working with Oracle EPM Cloud products in both Functional and Technical capacities.
Experience working on at least 4+ full life cycle implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud.

Range and BenefitsUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
