We seek passionate, inspirational, and hands-on leaders for Pure's Analytics & AI Field Solutions Architects team. The role involves providing guidance, enablement, and support across sales regions, understanding client business strategies, and positioning Pure solutions effectively within high-performance data pipelines.

The responsibilities include creating technical content, enabling the field through projects and webinars, participating in customer engagements, staying current with product advancements, influencing the solutions roadmap, and collaborating across functions to align initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing field-facing solutions content (walkthroughs, demos, guides, etc.)
• Driving enablement projects and solution area awareness
• Presenting at webinars and events with partners and vendors
• Engaging in customer calls, demos, POCs, and strategy sessions
• Keeping abreast of product and solution updates
• Participating in solutions roadmap discussions and providing field feedback
• Supporting field testing and post-sales troubleshooting
• Partnering with sales leaders for feedback and alignment
• Inspiring and motivating the field team
• Engaging cross-functionally within the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field / equivalent experience
• 8+ years of pre-sales experience in IT
• Deep technical knowledge in Analytics & AI, with industry vision
• Understanding of infrastructure components (servers, networking, storage)
• Proven leadership as a technical evangelist
• Expertise in Analytics & AI solutions and competitive landscape
• Ability to articulate complex concepts simply
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with G-Suite, CRM, and opportunity management tools
• Strong problem-solving skills with complex engineering designs
• Knowledge of AI/Analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Spark, Snowflake, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Ability to travel within the US and abroad
• Strong work ethic and follow-through
• Publications or social media presence is a plus

The annual base salary range is: $168,000 – $299,000. Salary is role, level, and location-dependent. The role may include incentives and equity.
