As part of our Consulting team, you contribute to our purpose of making an impact that matters by creating enduring value for our clients, developing solutions to their complex challenges across markets and industries, whilst helping them manage risk, and ensuring compliance for the benefit of their business, society, and the global economy.

Consultant

You contribute to a wide range of projects and consulting engagements by performing data analysis and assisting with the development of models, recommendations, reports and presentations. You are energized by the opportunity to apply your knowledge and help develop solutions for clients, while pursuing a relevant professional designation.

You are someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in a related field, or equivalent qualification.
  • Working towards an internationally recognized designation (i.e., Society of Actuaries or equivalent, CPA, CA, ACCA, CFE, CPI, INSOLV, JD/LLM, CIA, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CIIP/E, CIPM, CEH or other relevant designation).
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience delivering consulting services in areas such as Actuarial, Cyber, Finance Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring, Forensics & Financial Crime, Regulatory and Financial Risk.
  • Senior

    You play an integral role in thinking through and implementing solutions for a portfolio of clients. You are a trusted advisor to our clients, helping to make an impact that matters to them by providing guidance to improve their business position. Continuous learning and development will be a part of this role as you gain exposure to different businesses and complex challenges.

    You are someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in a related field, or equivalent qualification.
  • Qualified or near qualified with an internationally recognized designation (i.e., Society of Actuaries or equivalent, CPA, CA, ACCA, CFE, CPI, INSOLV, JD/LLM, CIA, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CIIP/E, CIPM, CEH or other relevant designation).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience delivering consulting services in areas such as Actuarial, Cyber, Finance Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring, Forensics & Financial Crime, Regulatory and Financial Risk.
  • Assistant Manager

    You help lead, plan and execute engagements, recommending and implementing solutions for a portfolio of clients. You are a trusted advisor to our clients, delivering solutions that impact clients' financial future. You deepen your technical knowledge and continue to build relationships with relevant stakeholders.

    You are someone with:

  • A bachelor's degree preferably in a related field; or equivalent qualification.
  • Qualified or near qualified with an internationally recognized designation (i.e., Society of Actuaries or equivalent, CPA, CA, ACCA, CFE, CPI, INSOLV, JD/LLM, CIA, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CIIP/E, CIPM, CEH or other relevant designation).
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience delivering consulting services in areas such as Actuarial, Cyber, Finance Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring, Forensics & Financial Crime, Regulatory and Financial Risk.
  • Manager

    You manage a portfolio of key clients and are responsible for the full engagement lifecycle for various projects. You have a deep understanding of your clients' business and their industry and contribute to business development opportunities.

    You are someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in a related field, or equivalent qualification.
  • Qualified with an internationally recognized designation (i.e., Society of Actuaries or equivalent, CPA, CA, ACCA, CFE, CPI, INSOLV, JD/LLM, CIA, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CIIP/E, CIPM, CEH or other relevant designation).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience delivering consulting services in areas such as Actuarial, Cyber, Finance Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring, Forensics & Financial Crime, Regulatory and Financial Risk, within a professional services firm or large-scale organization, including relevant industry experience.
  • Experience supporting business development, selling, and delivering related services.
  • Effective project management skills including leading engagements and supporting junior team members.
  • Actuarial experience must include: IFRS17 and/or US GAAP LDTI implementation projections, actuarial techniques in pricing and reserving, and familiarity with SII, BMA and/or other regulatory regimes.

    Senior Manager

    You oversee a portfolio of key clients, providing highly specialized knowledge, driving excellence in team deliverables, and building collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders.

    You are someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in a related field, or equivalent qualification.
  • Qualified with an internationally recognized designation (i.e., Society of Actuaries or equivalent, CPA, CA, ACCA, CFE, CPI, INSOLV, JD/LLM, CIA, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CIIP/E, CIPM, CEH or other relevant designation).
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant progressive experience delivering consulting services in areas such as Actuarial, Cyber, Finance Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring, Forensics & Financial Crime, Regulatory and Financial Risk, within a professional services firm or large-scale organization, including relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership including coaching, mentoring, developing, and leading team members.
  • Experience supporting business growth, managing large-scale client engagements, and practice management.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects utilizing effective project management skills within Financial Services or other sectors.
  • Actuarial experience must include: IFRS17 and/or US GAAP LDTI implementation projections, actuarial techniques in pricing and reserving, and familiarity with SII, BMA and/or other regulatory regimes.
