Consultant Project Manager - Lancesoft : Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years meeting the qualifying experience (10 years of qualifying experience may be substituted in place of a Bachelors' degree).

2. Traffic operations and or emergency operations with any of the following groups/sectors: Military, Transportation, Fire, Police, EMS, 911

3. At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager for projects with a net worth of at least $500k annually.

4. Experience in managing projects and tasks from inception to completion

5. Experience in supervising a minimum of 10 employees

6. Experience with contract management, invoicing, reporting and administration

7. Experience in personnel management; strong interpersonal skills with an ability to get along with others in a team environment

8. Report writing experience

9. Experience in developing procedures. Protocols, manuals, etc.

10. Experience in communication, stakeholder and public relations

11. Data analytics including: economic evaluation, systems evaluation and predictability modeling
