In just two hours of focused academic learning, followed by afternoons immersed in competitive video gaming, our students—5th to 8th graders—learn to excel in real-world skills, confidence, and determination through games like Fortnite, Rocket League, and Super Smash Bros.We seek not traditional teachers but exceptional performers who can mentor, inspire, and elevate. Individuals with an electrifying presence who have pursued ambitious goals and can coach others to do the same—whether through eSports, sports, academia, or entrepreneurship. This is a full-time, on-site role at our flagship campus in Austin, TX. Your mission? To guide our students toward academic excellence and personal growth through structured eSports and dynamic energy.Arrive each day ready to ignite passion. • Instilling academic focus by enforcing productive routines, encouraging students to achieve daily objectives, and cultivating a disciplined culture during their 2-hour learning periods.
• Leading structured eSports sessions in the afternoons, enhancing student abilities in communication, teamwork, and strategic thinking.
• Exemplifying high performance through punctuality, resilience, effort, focus, and emotional discipline.
• Creating a competitive atmosphere where learning and gaming resemble elite training rather than passive leisure.
• Providing one-on-one mentorship to students—identifying obstacles, celebrating achievements, and supporting students in maintaining their progress.

What You Won't Be Doing

• Designing lesson plans or grading assignments—there's no need to create instructional content or teach from textbooks.
• Managing a classroom in the traditional sense—you won't be delivering lectures or conducting group lessons.
• Allowing students to take it easy—this is not a relaxed gaming session or a casual summer camp. You will challenge them.
• Maintaining a quiet, compliant environment—your role is to channel energy, not to suppress it.

Consultant Key ResponsibilitiesFoster a vibrant, high-performance atmosphere that promotes academic focus and personal development—driven by eSports.Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Proven track record of elite performance (e.g. Division 1 athlete, academic achiever, competitive gamer, etc.)
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or guiding youth to surpass ambitious targets
• High energy and presence—capable of motivating, redirecting, and inspiring 10–14-year-olds in dynamic environments
• Enthusiasm for eSports, competitive gaming, technology, or computer science
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Willingness to work in-person in Austin, TX

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience in high-performance settings (e.g. athletics, military, startups)
• Proven ability to transform underperforming youth into focused, motivated achievers
• Knowledge of Fortnite, Rocket League, or other popular competitive games among Generation Alpha
