Basic

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred

• Knowledge of COBIT, ISO 20000, or CMMI.
• Minimum of 4+ years overall experience in implementing ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, Asset, and Configuration Management.
• At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or other ITSM tools as an advanced user.
• Knowledge of the ITIL v3 service lifecycle and ITSM best practices.
• Practical experience with agile methodologies/tools, ITIL process implementation, and involvement in CSI projects.
• Knowledge of technology metrics, scorecard implementation, and project management best practices.
• ITIL v3 Intermediate certification or/and administration certification on ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Planning and coordination skills.
• Experience with project management.
• Willingness to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
