Consultant, Infection Prevention - HCT Healthcare Transformation : Job Details

HCT is seeking an experienced nursing professional to serve as an Infection Prevention Consultant, providing coverage for the Director and supporting staff at a 350+ bed hospital in Southern California.

Position Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; BSN preferred
• Experience: 3–5 years in hospital-based Infection Control leadership, including NHSN reporting and use of clinical surveillance software
• License: Active California RN license required
• Technology: Strong working knowledge of clinical surveillance systems, EMR/EHR platforms, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
