Summary

As a Construction Tradesman with SERVPRO, you will play a crucial role in restoring homes and properties to their pre-damage condition. You will work closely with Project Managers and team members to carry out essential construction tasks, ensuring that every project meets our high standards of excellence. We are a family-owned, veteran-run company with a welcoming and energetic culture.

Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with Project Managers to schedule and plan tasks effectively.
  • Drywall and Finishes: Expertly install drywall, perform mudding and taping, and apply paint or finishes to walls, trim, and cabinets.
  • Exterior/Interior Work: Skillfully paint or stain interiors/exteriors, contributing to restoration and curb appeal.
  • Demolition and Removal: Safely carry out demolition tasks, including removing debris, to prepare spaces for restoration.
  • Reinstallation: Reinstall items and fixtures accurately, ensuring proper placement and functionality.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of workmanship and resolve quality issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Record-Keeping: Work harmoniously with team members, keeping detailed records of work and hours.
    • Physical and Work Environment Requirements
    • Occasional: Lifting objects, climbing ladders, exposure to extreme temperatures and high noise levels.
    • Constant: Walking, standing, working with hands, exposure to power tools and machinery.
    • Frequent: Driving and sitting.
    Working Hours and Travel

    This is a full-time position with hours from 7:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Longer hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required. Travel is primarily local, with some out-of-area and overnight travel possible.
