What You'll Do Operate overhead and straddle cranes safely. Set up and level unit bases using laser levels. Install perimeter angles, walls, roofs, and trim with minimal supervision. Perform finish caulking and follow construction manuals. Verify correct components and complete JRM documentation. Use Shop Floor Viewer and QMS manuals to access drawings and instructions. Maintain productivity and adhere to safety and ethical standards. Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities What You Bring Ability to accurately read a tape measure - Required At least 6 months of residential or commercial construction experience Ability to read and write in English High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) Strong problem-solving skills and safety awareness Work Environment & Physical Demands Moderate noise level typical of a construction setting. Regular use of hands, frequent sitting, occasional standing, climbing, kneeling, and lifting (up to 50 lbs). Visual focus and adaptability required.
