We are a high-end residential contractor specializing in the design and construction of exceptional, bespoke homes in the Hamptons. We're now looking for an experienced and highly organized Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of our luxury home projects.

As Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects run on time, within budget, and to our exacting standards. You'll coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily site operations from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries to ensure seamless workflow.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant site at all times.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and designers to resolve any on-site issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets our luxury standard.
• Keep detailed site records, reports, and progress updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in high-end residential construction.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and high-end stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety standards.
• Hands-on problem-solving approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
