What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily jobsite operations for commercial projects
• Supervise crews and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety
• Communicate clearly with project managers and clients
• Assist with hands-on work as needed to keep projects moving
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and project timelines

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of commercial construction experience
• Proven supervisory or lead role experience
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Your own hand tools and work-ready vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and pride in your work
• A “get it done” attitude and enthusiasm for leading on site
