They manage site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain safety regulations to create a productive work environment.Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Supervise and manage on-site construction personnel and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues or changes in project scope.
• Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Ensure the project complies with legal requirements, building codes, and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in multi-family and hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
• OSHA 30 certification and First Aid/CPR certification are preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.
