• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets, providing updates as necessary.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction in a timely manner.
• Ensure all work complies with local regulations and building codes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent in commercial construction, specifically in healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, semiconductor, data center, and mission critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
