Construction Superintendent $165,000 - $175,000

Key Responsibilities:

-Ensure job site safety and promote a culture where safety is the top priority for employees, and subcontractors

-Manage the on-site operations and enforce project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.

-Oversee subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling, coordination, and quality assurance.

-Maintain up-to-date project documentation including contracts, scopes of work, purchase orders, construction plans, inspection logs, and safety records.

-Conduct regular quality control inspections across all trades.

-Coordinate and lead weekly on-site meetings with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and other personnel.

-Manage the delivery, storage, and usage of materials to ensure compliance with project specifications.

-Supervise on-site activities, delegate tasks, conduct punch list inspections, and resolve issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering

-Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in high-rise construction

-Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.

-Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction documents, contracts, and project schedules.
