What You'll Do:

Lead On-Site Operations: Manage day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and according to plan. Quality & Compliance: Ensure work adheres to specifications, safety standards, and project plans. Oversee quality control and address any issues promptly. Team Leadership: Motivate, support, and develop a strong team of field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors. Encourage a culture of accountability and excellence. Logistics & Coordination: Organize materials, deliveries, and scheduling to keep projects on track. Oversee testing, inspections, and permit requirements. Problem-Solve & Adapt: Address challenges head-on, resolve conflicts, and keep communication flowing to maintain project momentum. Safety Champion: Conduct daily toolbox talks, maintain a focus on safety, and address any potential risks immediately.

What You Bring:
  • Proven Leadership: Experience as a Construction Superintendent, especially in multi-family housing communities, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • In-Depth Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Communication & Organization: Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills-able to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Safety Certified: Completed OSHA 30 Safety Course and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Competent in the use of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling tools
  • Problem-Solver: A proactive approach to identifying issues early and implementing effective solutions.

Pay: $76,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
