Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Portsmouth, NH. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing project timelines, coordinating subcontractors, and communicating with clients. Additional tasks include monitoring and managing budgets, ensuring that projects stay within financial constraints, and maintaining detailed records of site activities and progress.
