Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + Benefits

We're seeking an experienced and driven Superintendent with a strong background in commercial concrete construction to lead and oversee job sites across Charleston and surrounding areas. As a key member of our field operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of concrete construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial concrete projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and equipment
• Maintain schedules and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout all phases of construction
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Manage materials, deliveries, and workforce logistics

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial concrete construction
• Proven track record as a Superintendent or Foreman on concrete-heavy commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of concrete formwork, foundations, slabs, and structural systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
