Construction Superintendent - Ectohr : Job Details

The Superintendent PositionThe Superintendent will be a key leader on the construction site, responsible for the daily coordination and supervision of all field operations. This hands-on role includes managing subcontractors and self-perform crews, enforcing safety protocols, coordinating schedules, resolving field issues, and maintaining accurate project documentation. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Superintendent will lead planning efforts, conduct coordination meetings, ensure compliance with project scope and contracts, support cost control efforts, and will represent the company in meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead teams while navigating complex construction environments.Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities of the Superintendent

• 10+ years of construction experience with direct field supervision
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and site management practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings across all trades
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, and scheduling software (P6 or Microsoft Project)
• OSHA 30 certification and competent person training preferred
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
