Construction Superintendent - Spencer Ogden : Job Details

Spencer Ogden is looking to have a Solar Construction Superintendent join our team in Glens Falls, NY!

Location: Glens Falls, NY

Pay: TBD

Compensation/Benefits: Med, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Overtime (1.5x)

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site operations, including coordinating subcontractors, to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Oversee quality control, perform Quality Inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA and company policies.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and plans to ensure work is executed according to specifications.
• Communicate regularly with the Project team and provide updates on project progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

• SWPPP certification, OSHA 30, NFPA70E, First Aid CPR and AED certifications are required.
• Strong experience in civil construction, electrical and mechanical in Solar Construction.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings (civil, electrical, and mechanical)
• Proficient with Procore, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Familiar with Apple Ipads.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to travel as required.
