Are you a seasoned construction professional looking to step into a dynamic role within an ambitious, growing company? My client are a NYC-based Construction Management firm specializing in high-end retail interior renovation and fitout projects, and are on the lookout for a skilled Construction Superintendent to join the team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Manage on-site personnel and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent (minimum 5 years).
• High-end retail experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Technically competent
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of scheduling.
