Job Summary:The Construction Superintendent oversees daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards. This role involves coordinating teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining compliance with safety and building regulations.Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
• Monitor work progress and material use for quality
• Support subcontractors and ensure clear communication
• Conduct or schedule safety and compliance inspections
• Keep daily logs of site activity, materials, and issues
• Manage multiple job sites and balance project workloads
• Resolve conflicts and coordinate team meetings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and environmentally safe site

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or 3+ years of construction experience
• Experience with traffic control zones
• Workzone Traffic Supervisor (WTS) certification in Ohio is preferred but not required
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication with teams and vendors
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and operate construction tools
• Willing to travel and work in various weather conditions
• Familiar with Heavy Job, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Can write reports and professional correspondence
• Able to read technical documents and safety manuals
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and compliance
• Skilled in handling demanding clients and finding solutions
