This role is crucial in coordinating between various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients, specifically in the healthcare, educational, and commercial sectors.Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities on site to ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and personnel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and providing updates on project status.
• Review construction plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the site to monitor progress and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and change orders.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in hospitals, schools, and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and regulations, specifically in healthcare and education sectors.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus.
