Framing Field Supervisor:

Supervisor shall oversee all framing subcontractors, consultants and vendors on a daily basis. They shall ensure adequate manpower is available for each task and compliant work performed. Responsible for supervising Assistant Framing Supervisors.

Essential Functions:

· Schedule subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion and material delivery

· Perform quality control duties regarding work being performed

· Communicate with Project Managers and Project Administrators regarding job progress

· Maintain daily log (written) of activities on job site

· Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning

· Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work

· Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner

· Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion

· Must be able to travel to location (Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee)

Experience:

· Ability to read blue prints

Be familiar with Framing building codes

Communication Skills:

· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

· Ability to speak effectively before groups

· Spanish speaking a plus
