The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on construction sites
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to management
• Maintain project schedules using MS Project and Procore
• Assist in budgeting and cost management
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
• Experience in hospitality and commercial construction projects
• Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project and Procore
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to travel to various job sites as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
