KEVILLE ENTERPRISES, INC., a WBE/DBE Certified Construction Management and Inspection firm specializing in providing a full spectrum of construction management and support services as an owner's representative on public and private projects, is seeking a full-time Construction Scheduler to join our team in Boston, MA. The qualified candidate must have more than 7 years of applicable CPM scheduling experience and over 10 years of construction experience. Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project is required.

Hybrid Work Flexibility - Office/Home Environment: Work from home flexibility with in-person attendance required for meetings.

Duties: Responsibilities include developing detailed construction contract schedules, reviewing and analyzing contractor baseline and update schedules, making recommendations to mitigate delays, and completing project status reports on various construction projects. Additional duties involve development of design schedules, maintenance of master schedules, analyzing delay claims, leading schedule-related meetings, and supporting schedule aspects of risk analysis and value engineering.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Certifications such as PE, CCM, PSP, or PMI are desired.
  • 7+ years of CPM scheduling experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in engineering, construction, or management, with 5+ years using Primavera P6.
  • Experience in rail and transit, heavy construction, highway, bridge, or water projects.
  • Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, program scheduling, and resource loading.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to interpret plans, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data evaluation and metrics.
