Location: Wilson, NCJob Type: On-site, Full-TimeExperience Level: 2-5 YearsJob Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Scheduler to join our team in Wilson, NC. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in project scheduling and be proficient in using P6 Primavera software. The Construction Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project completion.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using P6 Primavera software.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project information and update schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
  • Prepare and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis and resource allocation.
  • Ensure that project schedules align with project goals and deadlines.
  • Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates to reflect changes in project scope or timelines.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop mitigation plans for schedule delays.
  • Provide training and support to team members on scheduling best practices and P6 Primavera usage.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in construction project scheduling.
  • Proficiency in P6 Primavera software.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with resource-loaded CPM project schedules.
  • Knowledge of cost control and risk management.
  • Certification in project management or scheduling (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP).
