Project Manager – Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager with in-depth experience in the high end, luxury custom home building sector. Attention to detail and excellent customer service is key in this role!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned construction projects to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, ensuring expectations are met throughout all project phases.
• Contribute technical insight during the pre-construction phase, including constructability reviews and scheduling input.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture on-site.
• Review project documents to identify and resolve discrepancies or challenges in collaboration with the project team.
• Understand and manage contractual obligations and scopes of work for all subcontractors and suppliers.
• Establish and implement close-out procedures and punch list processes to ensure project completion meets expectations.
• Coordinate procurement and logistics of tools, materials, and equipment necessary for project execution.
