• Responsible for the scope, schedule, and budget for BioLife Plasma Center construction projects as well as renovations, remodels, and miscellaneous projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to concurrently manage and deliver multiple projects across the U.S. according to company growth objectives.
• Oversee supplier contracts to ensure adherence to agreements, specifications, and policies.

Scope

• The Manager of Engineering Project Management reports to the Head of Engineering Project Management and collaborates with Operations, New Center Development, EHS, Security, Quality, Legal, IT, Procurement, and Corporate Real Estate.
• The Manager is responsible for overseeing suppliers and vendors for construction project management of BioLife Plasma Center projects, including new construction, renovations, remodels, testing lab improvements, equipment replacements, sustainability, and other miscellaneous projects.
• Job expectations include delivery of all new construction and miscellaneous projects to achieve project budgets, schedules, and scope, while communicating and collaborating to exceed program expectations.
• The role requires oversight of project contracts to ensure compliance to project specifications and company policies, as well as an understanding of project management practices, building design and engineering specifications, and contributions for value engineering and continuous improvement.
