We specialize in Local Law 11/FISP (facades) and Local Law 126 (parking garages) inspections, compliance, and restoration. Our expertise spans rope access and boom truck inspections, high-performance roofing installations, concrete and structural repair, EIFS/stucco repair, deck and balcony waterproofing, facade repair/replacement, foundation waterproofing, emergency repairs, shoring, and infrared inspections.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager based in New York, NY. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Daily tasks include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and managing resources and personnel. The role also involves liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, as well as ensuring that construction activities comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management
• Experience with Budgeting in construction projects
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus
