Job SummaryManages the construction process for new Shacks to complete on time and on budget. This includes schedule monitoring, project financial management, coordinating activities of external vendors, managing the turnover process from construction completion through training & opening. Interfaces and coordinates with Real Estate, Development, Design, Permitting, Facilities, IT, Operations, Training, and Marketing as well as Landlord Reps and AHJ's. Works with the Construction Coordinator on project set up and close out.
Priority candidates live in the Southeast US region.
Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesEducation : Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Engineering or related
Work Experience : 2-4 years
Supervisory Experience : 1-3 years
Related Experience : Construction Project Management for an Owner, Developer, or General Contractor
Preferred QualificationsEducation : Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management
Work Experience : 4-6 years
Supervisory Experience : 1-3 years
