Construction Project Manager - International Erosion Control Association : Job Details

AKKODIS is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a full-time job with a client located in 39218, Richland, Mississippi. Ideally looking for applicants who have proven experience in construction project management .

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000/Annually +Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution
• Lead end-of-the-end project lifecycle, from estimation and scheduling to completion and handoff.
• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Budget and Cost Management
• Conduct monthly job cost reviews and report progress to general management.
• Support project billing and manage cost control measures.
• Subcontractor and Vendor Coordination
• Draft and issue subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Manage subcontractor performance and coordinate construction activities.
• Lead and document all required project meetings (e.g., Pre-Construction, Progress, Closeout).
• Maintain organized project records including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.

Quality and Compliance Oversight

Ensure project compliance with all contractual requirements, building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Interpret and enforce construction specifications and architectural/engineering drawings.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors degree or associate degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience managing construction projects.

Experience working in occupied or exterior construction environments is required.
