A Construction Project Manager to oversee all facets of projects including the physical construction, schedule, required reports and financial aspects as well as interacting with architects, engineers, subcontractors and owners. Required: A Bachelors degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering, or a related field is required. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a general contractor, design-builder, or construction manager Previous experience running multi-million dollar projects (including experience with new construction built from the ground up) Good computer skills, including proficiency using MS Office, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint. The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
